10 minute warmup run, then 3 minute runs (are those the ones called fartleks?) with 2 minute breaks inbetween.
Nothing really was bad today, except that my left side just at the hip started hurting in the warmup. It stopped at the turnaround point.
Afterwards I did my core, and when the advanced came back, we all did 3 sets of stepups and arm swings. |
