A run from sunnyside apparently past Shriners hospital... Or something.

Seriously, I had no idea where I was going (that seems to be happening a lot...) but I kept up well enough to see where to go.  I made it to the drinking fountain, waited with my group for a bit, then we ran back.  I slowed down about half a mile down, because my sister was falling behind, and I didn't want her to get lost.  I stuck with her pace until the advanced group nearly ran into us.  Then I ran ahead and kept a good pace all the way back.

Then, after the advanced group came back(they took a longer run back around) we all did our core.

My feet felt a little sore during this run, but not hinderingly so.

As you do some of the routes a couple times it does get easier, for one because you are familiar with where you are going and you know what to expect. I want you to do double core workouts this whole week. With the team and again on your own at night. Your form is getting better and I feel it is because you are waking up muscles that have been sleeping.
